Upcoming changes in Jira Assets "App"

In the recent blog post "Atlassian Cloud changes Mar 24 to Mar 31, 2025" there was a mention of something coming soon:  "Assets has moved to the App Switcher". The link to the article did not work, so I am wondering if anyone knows, will this be a separate App in the form of Billing? A new charge for something that was included previously?

The portion of the blog states:

Assets has moved to the App Switcher

We’re evolving Assets into its own app! You’ll now find it alongside Jira Service Management, Confluence, Compass, and more in your App Switcher.

What else is new?
• A dedicated experience: Assets now has its own top and side navigation.
• Easier object creation: The new schema switcher pre-selects the schema you’re currently viewing.
• Improved search: Quickly find assets, objects, object types, and schemas using the top search bar.

The Assets app is available to Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise subscribers and will be part of the Service Collection when it launches.

Reading this no their will be no change in billing.

On the 9 dots app switcher Assets will have it's own section, with more dedicated options.

Just keep an eye out, or reach out to Atlassian on the topic.
