Update Jira Service Management from version 5.12.5 to 5.12.14 without downloading?

Hello Guys,

I would like to upgrade my Jira Service Management from version 5.12.5 to 5.12.14, but I'm unable to update it directly through the UI without downloading a separate installer.
Please see the attached photo for details,
