Update an Object and reference it to the existing Object

Hi,

I have an existing "Employees" object which was already uploaded to Insights. Inside that object is an attribute called "Manager" which was referenced to the Employees, see screenshot.

What I need is to update the Managers of each Employees by referencing it to the existing Employees. Is that possible? Thank you.
