We are looking to have an email send to our internal team whenever a new issue/request is created. When trying to update the "to" field in the Customer Notification, it only shows 2 options and does not allow us to enter our internal distribution list:
Is it possible to update that list to have internal teams only? If so, where would that be?
To note, we have multiple clients and we would like this to only happen for this specific client. We looked at changing the Project Setting > Notification > Actions > Edit Notifications, but that would affect all our boards. That being said, after updating it and creating a new ticket, I didn't see any email come through:
