Dear Atlassian Support Team!
I am writing again with the same problem we already faced in the past.
The problem was that two of my colleagues did not receive any notification when an issue is created even though the noticiation settings are right.
We now face this problem again and therefore I am referring to my last ticket /JST-782604 where the solution is described.
Can you please check for the mail adresses of the two of my colleagues kristina.reiter@telbiomed.at and dalia.haemmerle@telbiomed.at if there exist the problem again like it did the last time?
I am looking for an answer. Thank you in advance!

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing again an old problem. However you should address this issue directly to Atlassian's support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and not on this community. If you visit Atlassian portal, you can find your closed ticket and comment it again. I'm sure it will be reopened.
