Hi,
Is there any way to get a report of users who have been used helpcenter only during a month?
We set up the users in the atlassian instance admin interface, not using the "customer" section.
Today we can only get reports of users actually been using the licenced Jira Service Management service.
We do have a routine to disable access for non active users, but those who only uses the helpcenter portal goes under the radar and gets disabled even if they continously use it.
Best Regards
Fredrik
You can get the list of issues raised from different channels using JQL request-channel-type = portal/jira/email
So in your case request-channel-type = portal
The above result will provide the trend for the tickets getting created from portal.
Hope this helps!

Vishwas
Found this after some aditional searching.

Will check out if that does the trick :)
