Use Forge to create a fully customized JSM portal

Hello,

could Atlassian Forge be used to create a fully customized portal frontend for a Jira Service Management project ? By "fully customized" I mean a different layout for work categories, request types, open and closed cases, search bar etc, besides icons, banners and the general look and feel.

@Pierangelo Repetti It would be easier to purchase an app from the marketplace or to create a website that uses the APIs than to use Forge.
