Is it possible to restrict the automatic canned response signature only on the Reply to customer comment.
I don't need or want to have this added on the 'Add internal note' comment.

Create a new rule:
Ensure no action is triggered when an internal note is added.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
