We are currently utilizing the Asset Objects feature on our portal and we have 2 fields: "Request By" and "Request For". When creating a ticket, we would like these fields to be automatically populated with the logged-in user's ids.
This functionality is similar to the pre-populated "Raise this request on behalf of" field in Jira.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available.
One options is to is save the user information in the assets as employee objects and when the reporter/request for is set with a user, we populate them with a Jira automation searching for the employee with the user email and then populate info into separate fields.

Not that I know of. You will have to contact vendors through the marketplace or someone may be able to answer in this post.
