User admin can't see side panel under project

Hi Community leader

one of our user admins can't see side panel under created project same as mine. From screenshot, I have field "queue", "filter" a lot more. but no visible from our admin. when he search work item he can't see list of queues same as mine. In addition, his JSM logo is yellow which blue is mine. Please give me advise how to solve this issue.  thank you.

Hi your statement "logo difference" is pretty unique normally we can adjust one logo for overall jira, its not possible that logo color different for same site. Please check are you login to same site or different and try to relogin after clearing cookie/cache

user has followed your instruction, but result remains the same. the point is this admin user doesn't has the same side panel as mine. please help and guide me how to solve this.

Hi thank you for your confirmation & happy to hear its now resolved. Just keep in mind in future on same jira site(xyz.atlassian.net), there should be one main logo for each user. Its not possible to adjust different logo for site for different users. Cheers
