Hello.
I have created a service management project and and a corresponding group for it (product-service-group) at this group I've added userA.
Then I created a notification scheme for this project and I added for all the events the following notification: Group (product-service-group)
I then went to the Notification Helper tool and test if the userA is able to receive notifications and I got back the following:
check | Group | userA is in the product-service-group group |
Then a new issue was created by a customer user and only me was able to receive an email notification. userA received nothing.
I then tried to assign to his account the newly created issue and still no email received.
Could there be any miss-configuration from our site or is there any JIRA issue?

Checking your domain on your tools, it only returned 2 affected email addresses.
550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in virtual mailbox tableI removed the bounces and the notifications should work now.
