Hi !! I administer JIRA SD for a small-medium enterprise. We have recently added Service Desk functionality in a lot of user profiles.
Just wanted to check if there is any way I could find the logs for those users to see if they are using SD functionality? Or any other sort of Service desk logs.
Hello,
As an Administrator you create projects. If you created a Service desk project and users work with issues there, then they use Service desk functionality. If you have customers then they also use Service desk functionality. If users create boards, then users use the Jira software functionality.
Cool !! Thanks for the reply back !!
My question was more on capturing the user logs for SD users. We do have lots of users who have SD functionality added to their user profile but as an admin, I want to check if they are actually using the SD functionality or not ?
