User not receiving email invitation

Hi,

 

I created a new user on our Office 365 platform and tried adding them to Jira.

 

They are are not receiving the invitation after several resends.

 

I have read there could be issues with new users and that there may be blocks that need to be cleared.  

 

How can I can someone at Jira to check and remove the blocks?

Hi @KevinCrawford , welcome!

As @Mayur Jadhav mentioned, Office365 sometimes returns errors to our mail service that can be fixed by adding a Mail Flow rule in Exchange Online. The article linked to in that answer has the steps to create that Mail Flow rule.

I've cleared blocks for three addresses on your domain; these email addresses began with the letters 'a', 'd', and 't'. If you had a user you were creating that has a different email domain than your own, we'd need to get that email address. Since you're a site admin, you can open a support case and share that email address privately with our support team. Otherwise if the email address having trouble was one of those three I mentioned, you should be all set to resend the invitation.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

I could see quite of Community post on the same issue. 

You need to allow some domain at office 365. Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud
