Recently, I've had the task of adding issue types like
offboarding
purchase
maintenance
ETC.
However, in those issues it has not been possible for me to use the "satisfaction" option for the service project, it does not give the client the option to qualify that work, so my question is how to enable it or if I require an extra tool to that apply to these issues.

I believe the tickets needs to be created from the portal for the satisfaction to work and they need a resolution status.
