We would like to track when was the last external comment made on a ticket by an internal user.
We have an advanced custom field in Jira that gives us days since the last external comment was made. We would want to get the days since the last external comment was made by a member of a particular internal group.
How can we use the script runner's scripted field to provide the no. of days since the last external comment was made by a non-customer account?
