Our users are not able to replay tickets via there email. we have email set
Example : jira@abcd.atlassian.net .
Scenario: when user get notification from Jira default email address to there own email box and than they try replay from email itself and replay not got updated in JIRA.
I found something as new to Jira admin. its seem that Microsoft basic authentication is no longer supported . can you please suggest solution asap!!!
