Users trying to access a Service Management Dashboard get "Unfortunately, one or more of your prefer

Hi,

I am trying to get Jira users of other projects to access a Dashboard I have created for a Jira Service Management Project called IDYOUS

I have created the dashboard and the filters to drive it.

I have shared the filters with the organisation.

The problem:

1. The dashboard is viewable for Service Management users who have access to project IDYOUS

2. For all other Jira users it comes up with :

Unfortunately, one or more of your preferences are now unavailable. Please update your preferences, or remove gadget by clicking delete from the title bar above.

• A value with ID '10000' does not exist for the field 'project'.
