Hi there,

It seems as though verification emails are not being received - 

From what I can tell, this is usually due to a bounce on the email, following which all attempts are just simply not sent.

I'm very sceptical to send the email address in a public forum due to our various data security policies in place.

Is it possible for someone to reach out to me so this issue can be resolved?

Hi Phil,

I found that there were 5 addresses, on the same email domain as your account used to login to Community here, that were listed on an email suppression list maintained by Atlassian.  Each had a bounce message like so:

550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [LO2GBR01FT006.eop-gbr01.prod.protection.outlook.com]

I have removed these entries from our system that suppresses emails. You should now be able to try to resend these verification emails to those addresses.  As for contacting Atlassian, in cases like yours where you only have free plans, Community is the only means of technical support available.

If there is some other addresses, outside your domain, then please let me know what these are.  I can edit your response later to redact sensitive email address information if you like.

First, let me share that this is a public forum primarily supported by user of Atlassian products when it comes to answering posts. So you are wise not to share private info on this forum. Secondly, given the nature of this forum makeup it isn't practical to have someone work "directly " with you, e.g. phone or screen share.

with that out of the way let's see if we can still get you the help you need. But before that, one final clarification. If you are on a paid tier then you can always reach out to Atlassian Support if the Community cannot assist.

when you say verification emails are not received what exactly do you mean by "verification"? With JSM there will be notification emails sent to the customers and other vested parties according to your notification schemes and settings. Also if you could let us know a little bit more about your project that would be helpful. For example there are two types of projects CMP and TMP. I assume you're using CMP company managed projects? Assuming so please have a look at your project settings and customer notifications and let us know what your configuration is.
