Is there a way to view the JIRA Service Desk email inbox or even just the emails for an issue?
He have a few customers that are not able to "write above the line" and then the reply comments from them are just empty.
We have the cloud based Service Desk with an atlassian.net address. So the inbox doesn't belong to us.
I don’t believe so. I would recommend setting up you own custom email rather than relying on the one provided by Atlassian.
