Hi! On Customer Portal we have checkbox "Notify Me"

I need a way to remove this checkbox for another user. For example, by automation. Any ideas?

@Tony Montana The customer needs to manage this through their account.  They are the only ones that can toggle that on and off.

@Tony Montana Sorry if you do not like the answer but that is the way the application works.  You are not able to do what you are asking through the API or any apps.
