We are an Indian Private Limited Company and we need information on TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

We make a monthly payment using our corporate credit card. We are liable to deduct the TDS on the payment amount made to you. Please let us know if you have any PAN (Permanent Account Number) as per Indian Income Tax Law or any exemption certificate with regards to non-deduction of TDS on the payments.

Please clarify on the above query at the earliest to help us proceed with further payments.

One more point : As per my knowledge they accept TDS certificate from your organization. But please confirm with them.
