We are looking to enable MFA/SSO for our customers

As per the document - https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/enforce-two-step-verification/ , in the section

Two-step verification in authentication policies ,

there was a mention about Security > Authentication policies .

We are not able to find the authenticatio policies either in security menu or anywhere else in JSM .

We are looking to enable MFA for multi domain users , please provide your assistance .

Hi @Alka Kumari

Instructions for how to access these settings are on the help page:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Security > Authentication policies.

  3. Select Edit for the policy you want to modify.

  4. On the Settings page, select Require.

You do need to be subscribed to Atlassian Access though to utilise these settings
