I created a webhook in a Teams channel, and set up an automation in Jira Service Desk to notify that channel when ever a certain type of issue is raised (Production Support). The automation works - I verified by making sure a notification was sent through "Alert User" (Mention in ticket created).
Has anyone been able to make this work? We use webhooks to Teams for home grown applications.

did you create the WebHook in Jira or in Jira Service Desk Automation Rule?
