I am relatively new in Jira Service System and scrolling through the possibilities the software could be able to offer. I was wondering about the topic i wrote which I found in the community. Is this some kind of online-service possibility for a software or in what kind of situations this "tip" could be used. Please tell me your examples.
The best solutions include well named Request types. For example:
Phone issues, Computer Issues, New hire setup, Printer issue, Feature request, Software bug, etc
Couple this with very clear descriptions.
