I am currently using Microsoft System Center Service Manager(GridPro) and we have Support Groups for assigning tickets. I want to know which standard JIRA field can be used as Support Group and what purpose "Teams" field is used for.
Is Support Group a team of support engineers?
If yes, you could use Team for this. Or, you could group users into actual user Groups - and "assign" tickets to a Group using a custom "Group Picker (single Group)" field.
