What's good points for making multiple sites of Jira Service Management?

I'd like to know what's good points for making multiple sites of Jira Service Management instead of making multiple projects of Jira Service Management.

The main purposes I see on using multiple Jira instances instead of multiple projects are:

• individual URL for each instance - you can define custom domains for each portal which makes easier for the users to find where to seek for help
• better grouping of customers and organizations per instance
• information security/compliance - only specific resolvers will have access to each individual instance
• administration segmentation - you would be able to allow admin access to each Jira instance, empowering the admins to change their own instance without worring about breaking fields/workflows/screens in other projects.
