Whats is the UI name of the Customer portal navigation bar?

Hi, does anyone know whats the UI name (fragment name) of the customer portal navigation bar? i only know

servicedesk.portal.user.menu.actions

but this is of no use for me because i want to create a complete new button without using a third party plugin.
