When I am trying to generate report, the pivot report fire errors (504,500).

What can I do for solving this problem ?? Any advise ??

I was opened a ticket with Pivot company and they said that the problem form Atlassian side. 

Note: I am trying to generate report for a project with 10,000 issues.

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, it would be great if you could share with us more details of their response.

Have you tried to generate a report with a few issues? If possible, test generating a report with 1000 issues or less.

While testing, open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any additional error message.
