When a customer access the help center in the drop down he can see the all the other project request types as well. How can I restrict this?

Hi @Tharindi Kurukulaarachchi

It is not possible to remove this dropdown in the customer portal.
Is the organization set up in the project and are the users part of that organization?
If organization is set up in the project and users are part of it, everyone can see each other's requests due to organization functionality.
If you don't want users to see all of the organization's requests, it is recommended that when creating a ticket they select the "Share with" option as "Nobody". This will ensure that only the requester and participants added to the ticket can view the ticket.

An alternative is to set the "Share with" option to "Nobody" by default by highlighting this setting in Global Settings -> Products -> Jira Service Management -> Configuration.

This will affect instance level (All projects in JSM)

Hope this helps!!

Anthony
