When a service request is made on portal A, I would like the ticket to be created in project B rather than in project A.

You can use either jira automation or a 3rd party app like JMWE, JWT, JSU to accomplish that. However, this will create a new issue in project B leaving the ticket in project A as is. You may want to delete the ticket in project A, but you have to make sure that the user has also access in project B.

What kind of project is project B?

Hey @박성민_학해_

may I ask why you not simply let the users create the ticket in portal B? There are some ways to use Automation or an issue sync app to copy the ticket over to project B, but the main downside I see is that you lose the communication channel with your customers.

Happy to hear your thoughts.

Matthias.
