When i try to export CSV all fields it loading and give me error

Hi Cristian,

Just for us to try to replicate this issue, I would like to make some questions to make sure I will follow the correct steps.
Are you the only user facing this issue?
How many tickets are you trying to export?
If you try to export, for example, 10 issues, does it work?
When did this issue start? 
Have you tried to export using another browser or network?

Dear Angelica,

 

 

Are you the only user facing this issue? no there are multiple users
How many tickets are you trying to export? <1000 issues
If you try to export, for example, 10 issues, does it work? if i check all fields is not working
When did this issue start?  around 2 weeks
Have you tried to export using another browser or network? Yes it is the same.

 

 

The problem is only when i extract all fields.May be this a problem because i have a lot of fields?

I tested with 87 fields, not all were filled, but it exported normally. How many fields there are on the tickets? Do the tickets have a lot of information on the fields, like many comments, for example?

Cristian,

To further investigate this issue, I'll create a ticket with our support, so we can access your instance and check everything that happens when we try to export.
It is taking more than 60 seconds to finish the request, that's why the error 504 appears and the CSV is not generated. We were able to find some logs, but currently, it's not enough to see what is the root cause.
You will receive a notification informing about the ticket and soon someone will contact you.
