Where to find how to edit fields on the portal form?

I need it urgent. Can`'t find. And how to clone the task from one project to onother and save all fields?

Regarding cloning a ticket, if you want to clone all the values of your fields, you'll probably have to create an automation rule (need to be a Jira admin unless you have those specific permissions).

There are steps in this article that will help you (it refers to using a Manual trigger but you can use a different one if you want to): The Complete Guide to Cloning in JIRA . 

One thing you'll need to do is make sure the target project (the project you're cloning the task to) has those same fields; if it doesn't, you'll need to add them to the Screen Scheme (Create, Edit, and/or View screens) and also to the Request form of the target project.

Regarding your first question, you can follow these steps to edit your form fields:

• Go to Project settings > Request types.

• Select the request type you want to edit.

• Click the “Edit fields” button in the Portal form section.

• You can add/remove fields or change their order and required status there.

To clone a task form one project to another I suggest trying our app Elements Copy & Sync. It's really easy to configure it only takes a few minutes and you'll be able to perform cross-projects and even cross-instance cloning.

"Edit fields" - are you asking about configuration or about making changes by customer on the request?
