Dears,
Why I need to re-calcluate the SLA ? without any change happen in SLA configuration
sometimes I found SLA is breached and once I click re-calcuate it is changed to meet the SLA Without doing any change in SLA configuration?
Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha ,
If you or any project admins make any changes to Goals, Calendar, start/pause etc in SLA, then you need to re-calculate
there is no change happen as I am the only admin.

Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha ,
Are you only one project admin ? Did you ever open the SLA in edit mode and just close without changes or something ?
Please note: Jira admins and project admins both can make changes to SLA.

No, I didn't and Iam jira admin and project admin this is why Iam sure there is no changes happen.

I would make sure that every "Start", "Pause" and "End" goals are correct. Maybe they're too vague. Or maybe a transition is not there and it breaks the SLA. Or maybe the "End" goal is "When a resolution is set" but your transition to this status in your workflow don't set a Resolution ?
That would be the first things I'd look at.
