I am currently testing the Halp to Jira migration so created a few Halp queues and migrated them to separate Service Projects in Jira.
Now, when I try to move an issue from one Service Project to another from Jira Service Management they successfully do so. These issues should then reflect exactly in the respective Agent channel in Slack however, this has been a hit and miss and cannot figure out why the moved ticket sometimes show up in the agent slack channel and sometimes they don't. It is not a specific Service project that is not working it is inconsistent between all of above created service projects.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
