Why can't I select a form?

I am currently building a rule and would like to attach a form to a work item, but now I can't select anything under “Forms”, I can't open/click on this box.

I have a total of 4 forms without restrictions.

@Antonia Make sure the project is selected and as far as i knew the rule scope should not be a GLOBAL.

I had created the rule in the global automations, that was the problem, thanks!

I actually tried it without “GLOBAL”, then I get another error message that if you create a rule with assets, you have to create it in Global, otherwise it won't work. So apparently you can't just create it in a project.

ahh, okay so you were trying to combine both FORM and Assets in single rule then yes, you can not. 

It would be great if you can share what you are trying to acheive then hopefully we'll be able to help you.

Hi @Antonia , did you find the answer to your problem? Just wanted to add that when you create a form, it's project-specific, so if you create a form in Project A and want to use it in Project B, you have to copy the form from Project A to Project B. That way, you can customize the form for each project if needed without affecting the form in another project (they're not connected/linked).
