Is there a Default Request Type for a Service Desk? Regardless of what text I search, one request type, Service Desk Enhancement, almost comes up in the results. It's almost as if a default was set somehow and regardless of the search terms used it will show up with some exceptions that I can't understand..
I have confirmed that the "test" and "dl" are not in the Service Desk Enhancement request type or submission form. "z" also doesn't show up in the Request Type or submission form and for some reason the Request Type doesn't show up when searching for the letter "z"

@Mathew Lederman I believe that you need at least 3 characters to make a search match. Also if there is no match it will display what it believes to be the closest match. So no default.
