We have an internal Helpdesk project in JSM Cloud. We added all of our internal users by email as customers to the project.
AS we're refining access and roles, if I add a user under "People" in the project setting sixth a role, that user shows up int he customer list twice. Once as their raw email address and once as their User (with he same email address)
Is there a way to better manage internal suers as customers who also have project roles in other projects, when they're all part of an organization (group)?

This seems to be a recurrent problem, and it could happen because of the permissions scheme because the same user has a user account and a customer account, but that's just a situation.
