When a request is made from a user and processed into the open tickets for agents to view, a few seconds or even minutes afterwards there is a response from our helpdesk email to confirm that "we are looking into the issue". The request from the helpdesk starts to replicate itself over and over. If anyone knows of a solution, please comment ASAP! Thank you so much...
