Why is there no Welcome Email invite being received by a Customer when sending Invitation?

Hi Lester, 

Are you able to confirm that the Welcome Email is being sent? You may want to test it by setting up a test user to an email account you know is working, then deactivate that user once you verify the email gets through (I've used my personal gmail account to do this in the past.)

If that is working then perhaps the email address you have for that user is incorrect or the user's email server is blocking it? I've had a few that I've tried to set up where the receiving email server is locked up tight and restricts anything that looks like it could be spam. If that is the case then the customer will need to have their IT allow emails from the domain get through.
