Hi,
The question is about unknown users were added license into our jira service mangement. No one in our team with the admin permission added these people in, but they suddenly were created in our projects.
Although this person's email had the same domain with ours, our company's jira didn't connected with the main company's jira even though we are kind of corporate with the main department, and no one invited him. Could anybody help on this please? Also, could anybody tell me how to prevent such cases?
Have you look into the "Audit Log" via clog wheel (Settings) >> Systems to see if there is any entry of this user add event?
