Hello Team...we would like to embed the Jira SD widget into one of our sites..I understand that global permissions need to be changed to allow everyone access to the Help desk center without logging in and create a request without logging in...but I am concerned about these users being able to access other SD portals that are customer specific. I assume that because these portals are invite only then anonymous users will still not be able to access them...is this correct?

Your assumption is correct. As long as your other portals are invite only (as in not publicly accessible) they will not be visible to anonymous users.
