Workflow names not correct.

Why would (on the workflow tab within the ticket) Jira show the names of my transitions instead of the names of the actual workflow statuses?

Workflow tab? Can you share a screenshot? The status drop down generally shows both for JSM, for example…

Hi Jack, I was able to resolve the issue by inactivating then reactivating the workflow.
