Workflows - New employees

Hi! We are starting to use JSD and want to configure the workflow for New employee creation requests. 

Here is how our process works :

1. HR opens a ticket (from our helpdesk portal) where they enter all new employee infos and add the supervisor as the client.

2. Helpdesk receives the ticket and creates the new employee AD and Google access. They associate the new employee to the ticket.

3. When helpdesk is done creating the new employee, a form is sent to the supervisor (in this form, the supervisor chooses all the applications that the new employee will need access to.) From what he chooses on the form, children issues are automatically created and assigned to each department that will need to give access to applications to this new employee.

4. When all children issues are set to DONE by each department, the parent issue automatically closed, meaning that everything is ready for the new employee.

 

How can we reproduce this with JSD? Can someone give me some tips or some help?
