I would like to generate a Dashboard with the amount of ticket opened for 2025 by client.

I know there is a way to do a graph but I would like to do a Dashboard instead.

I have the amount of total tickets combined but not by client.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi @Simon Hudson ,

The 2 dimensional gadgets is probably what you need. It provides a count based on the fields you've selected. You can use fields like reporter of which ever field you use to identify clients on a ticket. Personally, use it quite often to the amount of tickets assign to each member across a team.

Here's the list of gadgets available out of the box:

Hi @Simon Hudson,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you have set the customer for each ticket in a specific field (such as "Customer"), this should be very easy to achieve by using some of the native Jira dashboard gadgets.

I would recommend the Issue Statistics gadget configured with a filter that returns all tickets and Statistic Type = Customer.

If you want to split data by an additional field, you can try the Two Dimensional Filters Statistic gadget
