Wrong codepage field FROM in mail from JSM

Hi all

My projects in JSM has cyrillic name ( example Учет склада )

If customer make action on portal - all customers and JSM agents got mail with cyrillic in field FROM - it's ok

But after resolve problem https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Different-FROM-in-some-kind-of-mail/qaq-p/2031327

I entered this cyrillic name (example = Учет склада <warehouse@domain.com>) in mail address in notification schema of my project and my messages began to look like on screen

 

This is screen of Outlook 2016
In GMail for Android field FROM has only "??????"
But in Thunderbird looks right - Учет склада

It's problem Outlook and GMail or JSM ?

Can anybody put cyrrilic symbols in notify schema email for tests? May be china symbols or other non one-byte codepages?

Nobody use this with non-ASCII ?
