Once ticket is approved/declined, it doesn't show next transition in JSM customer portal.
Hi @Smriti Lohani - Does it show up in the portal after a refresh? It does take a few moments for it to update.
Yes it does show up after refresh but i was expecting it to refresh the page by default after approval.
