Hi! Rejected as this is some email sent from Jira. It is preventing mail loop. You need to check all possible sources of emails that are comming from Jira to mailbox that is used for mail fetching (notifications, automation rules. filter subscriptions, idk what else any plugin config that might send emails).

Hi Peer - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It appears that your are possibly sending the results of a filter subscription to the JSM email to create more tickets for tickets that already exist? Jira is not going to let you do that.

I am not aware of a way to see a list of all filter subscriptions in Jira Cloud and who they get sent to. You probably need to open a support ticket with Atlassian for them to find it.
