Zendesk Support For Jira App is free or paid app

I have a requirement to integrate our Jira instance with another Zendesk support domain called YYY. Currently it is integrated with YYY.
As per the documentation, we need to uninstall "Zendesk Support For Jira App " and re-install to integrate it with different domain Zendesk .

So, I would like to know whether Zendesk Support For Jira App is free or paid app ..
If it is paid and do we need to pay again after uninstalling and reinstall ?

It seems addon Zendesk Support for Jira is free app. You can check on Atlassian Marketplace.
