Hi @Ricardo Gonzalez

I recommend you to check apps on the Atlassian Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=dataCenter&product=jira&query=excel

Hi @Ricardo Gonzalez

would you mind elaborating what exactly you'd expect from such an add-in? I'm sure vendors will be happy to jump in with concrete recommendations, once you're requirements are understood.

To put one suggestions out there already: My team and I work on an app named JXL for Jira, a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields. With JXL, you work on your issue much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets - but directly in Jira. JXL works great with JSM projects, as it supports all relevant fields (from SLA fields to e.g. assets), across all its advanced features (from support for issue hierarchies and issue groupings, to sum-ups, to conditional formatting).

This is how it looks in action:

You can also export your sheet to Excel or CSV with just one click, if that's what you're looking for.

As @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ mentioned, there's many great apps out in the Marketplace. You may already know that you can trial any app for free for 1 month, and depending on the size of your size, it may be free forever. So if an app is an option for your, perhaps try a few and see which works best for you.

Hope this helps,

Best,

Hannes
