agents need to submit requests as customers on another project via portal

I have several customer projects that my agents serve but also have an internal project where the agents are actually the customers.

When an agent (customer) submits an issue via the portal for this internal project and then views their list of requests, they see the internal project issues but also their customer facing project issues.

How can I limit the portal requests to just show the internal project issues for the 'customer' agents? I don't want them to have to log in with a different email address on the portal either.

I have added the agents as customers to the project and even added the agent as a user to the project with only the customer role but still not working?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Romy Meyers

This is possible, by using a different permission setup in the internal project.

You permission scheme used be adapted to only use groups/users, as roles in the system are global any user with a JSM license can see any issue in a JSM project if the role Service Team has been granted the browser project permission.

Another rout to take is to start using a security scheme on the internal project and set a default security level on each created issue in the project and only assign the internal "customer" agents access to the security level.
